Textra is an automated video-production system developed using JavaScript and ExtendScript for Adobe After Effects. The project involved concept development, system design and workflow architecture to streamline the creation of character-animation videos at scale.

Through a custom UI, the system automates the production process from imported voice-over recordings to finished video. It generates compositions and scenes, adds and positions characters, synchronises movement to audio volume, and automatically assembles, trims and sequences scenes on a master timeline before adding a soundtrack and rendering the final output.
